Snow white

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qq17wODD88M

Doing my research I discovered this, Betty Boop: Snow White (1933). I absolutely love it! Completely different from Disney's animation a few years later.

Overly affectionate squirrel

Was watching the sword in the stone yesterday. I am definitely the annoying squirrel that is super affectionate!

W.i.p.

This is not finished yet, hopefully I will find some time to finish it off this week.

Undecided

I finished this a few days ago. Named it 'Undecided' because the my indecisiveness is what influenced this drawing.

It's a matter of taste

I am confused when people are obsessed with the idea of good taste within all art forms. The reason why I am so confused about this is that their taste seems to be nothing more than a copy of an art/film/music/photography critics magazine. When I look at a piece of art, listen to a song or watch a film, I do not want to know who produced it and what influenced it. I don't want to have any prior knowledge about the work, and allow myself to make a genuine decision as to whether I like it or not...
I found this photograph on a website that lists 50 famous photographers. I deliberately looked through the photos very quickly not looking at the photographers names. I still don't know who took the image above...

New Project

I did this 15 min rough draft of my next drawing. I don't have any experience in drawing animals so should be an interesting little project.

Bubble tea Friday night

Strawberry/green tea with bubbles, incredibly filling beverage I must say!

Lecture

Attended the most boring lecture ever yesterday...doodling away on my notepad! The Lecture was about...ermmm....TV? Internet? Planets...Toast that looks like a cat...books...
this little bit of paper is proof that I should have studied something entirely different!

Brad Pitt

Not sure it actually looks like him but here is me attempting to sketch Brad Pitt. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and start drawing more male faces.
